PHARMAISH operates solely as a healthcare technology platform connecting users with independently licensed pharmacies. Healthcare decisions, prescription verification, dispensing, pricing and delivery remain the responsibility of the pharmacy.
4. Terms for Retailers
- Maintain valid licences.

- Ensure lawful dispensing.
- Maintain statutory records.
- Comply with applicable laws.
5. Terms for Users
- Upload genuine prescriptions where required.
- Do not misuse the platform.
- Provide correct personal information.
- Comply with applicable laws.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. PHARMAISH does not store payment card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery is performed by participating pharmacies or their authorised delivery partners. Delivery timelines depend upon retailer availability and applicable regulations.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Medicines are generally non-returnable except where required by law or in cases such as damaged, expired or incorrectly supplied products.
9. Suspension & Termination
PHARMAISH may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misuse, fake prescriptions, unlawful activity, regulatory non-compliance or violations of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of PHARMAISH is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the platform.
